Tara B. Fallon, Esq.* graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2003. Ms. Fallon commenced her legal education at University of Richmond, School of Law in Richmond, VA where she was a Member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Ms. Fallon returned to New York to complete her J.D. at Brooklyn Law School. She became a Member of the New York State Bar in 2004 and served as Staff Attorney for New York City Administration for Children's Services. She was passionate about assisting children in the system who were alleged to have suffered from Abuse, Neglect, or Abandonment. In 2006, Ms. Fallon joined Maloney & Associates (now Ambrecht & Maloney, PLLC) in White Plains, NY as an Associate Attorney. She concentrated on class action litigation involving insurance regulatory matters as well as labor law and political and election law.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fallon served as a Paralegal at Leboeuf, Lamb, Greene, and MacRae, LLP, (now Dewey & Leboeuf, LLP) in New York City.
Ms. Fallon is the Senior Family Law Paralegal at The Law Offices of Tami L. Augen, P.A.. Tara is thrilled to be in a position where she can once again work Families and Children and assist clients during what is often a difficult and trying time. Tara is an essential part of the legal team at The Law Offices of Tami L. Augen, P.A.
